POD Assessment (Virtual)

Organisations face numerous challenges at different stages of their lifecycle. The challenges you face will vary depending on many aspects such as product readiness, industry, barriers to entry, organisational design and ongoing development. This assessment evaluates three distinct areas: Proposition, Organisation and Development (PoD), highlighting key areas for short, medium and long term focus helping you to identify risks and actions to mitigate.

Executive Coaching

1:1 Executive Coaching Package: Consists of 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions. Additional sessions can be contracted upon mutual agreement. Coaching includes 3 x Stakeholder meetings (start, middle and end), together with report articulating RoI.

Each relationship starts with a free 30 minute chemistry meeting to discuss fundamentals of coaching and advisory services to determine what is right for you and your business.

POD Workshops

Proposition:  how do you know your capability is truly what someone wants or needs?  Do you know the barriers to entry to the market segments you wish to sell into?  We remove all the “hype” and take a deep, factual look at your capability, uniqueness and market segment readiness.

  • Customer Workshop: we start with the customer opportunity or challenge and uniqueness of your capability, value proposition, market need and fit, unique selling points and barriers to entry. You will learn how to set CLEAR, SMART goals for success.

  • Execution Workshop: This includes how and when to execute, recognising signs when  procrastination and self-doubt hinder progress and how to overcome.

Organisation: Organisational structure and design changes over time and is challenging when businesses prioritise other areas over their people often resulting in not having the right motivated people in the right roles at the right time. 

  • Driving High Performing Teams Workshop: here we focus on building and driving high performing teams.  We bring psychological theories into practice focusing on human motivation, leadership, power dynamics, change, culture and resilience. 

  • Executive Toolkit Workshop:  we explore and learn the key tools every executive needs for success.  This workshops equips you with the “must-have” tools in your executive toolbox to identifying and manoeuvring potential pitfalls that may derail you. 

Development: continual development is constant, so you continue delighting your customers whilst meeting the demands of your growing business.

  • Scaling Workshop: here we look at a range of strategic planning and sales tools to utilise for successful scaling of your business.  We are our own worst critics, so we also explore how to overcome self-limiting beliefs making us our own biggest supporters.  

  • Change Workshop: change is a natural evolution of any business. This workshop focuses on navigating the human aspects of change, ensuring your team members not only understand the need for change but equipping them with the tools to actively participate in it.
